How do I request a refund?

PUBG will, upon request via PUBG LITE Support, issue a refund for L-Coin purchase(s) that is requested within 14 days of purchase and have not been used. 

Instructions

  1. Click "Submit a ticket" via PUBG LITE Support.
  2. Select Purchases/Refunds for the Issue Category.mceclip0.png
  3. Please fill out the Transaction ID,  Payment Date, Amount of Payment fields along with other account information that is necessary to fill in. mceclip2.png
  4. Please kindly note that we will not be able to issue a refund when :
    - any portion of purchased L-COIN becomes used, we will not be able to issue a refund. 
    - the refund request was sent after the 14 days from the date of L-COIN purchase or from the date that purchased L-COIN becomes usable (whichever comes last).
